Connect your Lists to policy assignments
Map a Planning Center List to a ClearPolicy group. Sync brings people into the group, where your published documents and automatic request email settings determine what gets sent.
The organization owner manages the connection. People are matched by email, and you can check sync status or request another sync from the settings.
Changes flow into ClearPolicy. Leaving a Planning Center List does not automatically remove group membership or archive a person.

Connect a supported form, spreadsheet, or roster app to ClearPolicy actions. Find or add people, manage group membership, or send a published document for signature.

If group automation already sends the policy, you usually do not need a separate signing-request action for it. Your Zapier plan and the other app determine which workflows you can build.

Questions about connecting your tools
Are integrations included in the $29/month plan?
Yes. ClearPolicy includes its supported integrations in the same plan. Your connected services may have their own charges or plan requirements, including Zapier and AI assistants.
Do Drive and OneDrive edits automatically update ClearPolicy?
No. ClearPolicy imports a copy. To change an existing document, import the updated content into a draft revision, review it, and publish. Earlier signatures remain tied to the version signed, and publishing does not automatically send new requests.
Is Google or Microsoft sign-in the same as connecting file imports?
No. Signing in lets a team member access ClearPolicy. Connecting Google Drive or OneDrive gives that team member file-import access. Each team member connects their own account for imports.
Does Planning Center sync changes back to my Lists?
No. Changes flow from Planning Center Lists to ClearPolicy groups. People are matched by email. Someone leaving a List is not automatically removed or archived in ClearPolicy; review those departures separately.
Which Zapier triggers and actions are available?
The New person trigger starts work when someone is added to ClearPolicy. You can find or add a person, add or remove group membership, and create a document signing request. Review group automatic request emails before adding a separate request action for the same policy.
Can ChatGPT or Claude work with my organization?
Yes. Connect through the supported app or MCP setup, sign in to ClearPolicy, and approve the organization. Assistants can work with supported documents, people, groups, and request actions within your team permissions. Complete the requested setup first, including a person and a published document; write actions require an active trial or subscription.
