Pricing, trial, and cancellation questions
Is $29/month the total price for our organization?
Yes. ClearPolicy has one $29/month plan per organization, with unlimited people, documents, and team members. There are no per-seat fees or feature tiers. Billing belongs to each organization, so separate organizations have separate subscriptions.
What is included in the free trial?
You get 30 days of full access without a credit card. Try group assignments, signature requests, reminders, reports, the signing portal, and integrations with your own documents and people.
What happens if the trial ends before we subscribe?
Product workflows pause until you subscribe. That includes access to signing, automated work, and connected integrations. You can open Billing to subscribe and restore access. Starting the card-free trial does not automatically enroll you in a paid subscription.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not currently. The plan is billed monthly, with no annual commitment.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage cancellation through Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, with no cancellation fee. Partial months and unused service are not refunded, except for confirmed billing mistakes.
What happens to signed records after cancellation?
Cancellation does not itself permanently delete your completed signature records. Records are retained under our published data-processing terms, but access to product workflows ends with your subscription. Export the records you need before access ends. Permanent organization deletion is a separate request through support, confirmed with an authorized owner.
Do people who sign need a paid account?
No. People open their personal request link and type their name to sign. They do not create an account. Team members who manage your organization are also included in the plan without per-seat charges.
Can we get help setting up?
Yes. Use Support in ClearPolicy or email [email protected]. Tell us what you are trying to do, such as importing a roster, assigning policies, or sending your first requests.
