Make the next step feel familiar
Your branding carries from the request email to the signing page and portal.
Start with your logo
Upload your organization’s logo and preview how it looks. Use a compact icon beside your name or a full-width logo on the signing page and portal.
Go straight from email to signing
A request or reminder email includes a personal link. People open it, review the document, and type their name to sign on their phone or computer.
Share one place to come back to
Put your organization’s portal link in an onboarding message or on your internal site. People use their email and a one-time code to find their documents.
“Where do I find that document?”
Give people a clear answer: your signing portal.
Finish what’s waiting
To sign brings pending requests together. People can open a document, review it, and type their name to sign—even if they’ve lost the original email.
Find a signed copy
Documents keeps completed copies within reach. When someone has signed more than one version, Your signed copies lets them find the earlier ones, too.
Open documents available to read
Give people access to published guides and reference documents through their groups. They can open these in the portal without a signature request.

Questions about signing and the portal
Do people need a ClearPolicy account?
No. A personal link in a request or reminder email opens that request directly. To use the signing portal, people enter the email your organization has for them and a six-digit code sent to that address. They do not register, create an organization, or set a password.
What can I brand with our logo?
Your logo appears on document request emails, signing pages, and the signing portal. Choose Show as icon for a compact logo beside your organization name, or Show full width for a horizontal logo that replaces the name heading on the signing page and portal. The ClearPolicy name remains on these surfaces.
Does sharing the portal link let anyone see our documents?
No. People use the email address on their person record and a one-time code. They see their own requests and signed copies, plus published documents available to read through their groups. People with access to multiple organizations can switch between them in the header.
Can someone use the portal without having a document to sign?
Yes. Add the person to a group with published documents marked Available to read, then share the portal link. They do not need a previous signature request. These documents are available under Documents, and opening them is not recorded.
Where do I find our organization’s portal link?
Open Settings → Organization → Branding and copy the signing portal link below the preview. Share it on your website, internal site, or in an onboarding message. People can also use go.clearpolicy.app with the email your organization has for them.
